Baby Freebies/Hand Me Downs - We are lucky!

My niece will be 2 years old in November. My sister is giving us a LOT of her hand me downs and won't accept any money for them. I plan on getting her a nice gift card at least.

Between her & my mom's yardsale finds and deals, we have gotten a TON of clothes for the baby!

I organized the clothing by sizes/type and will put the bigger clothes in a storage bin in the basement and put away the smaller stuff for when the baby comes. All the below were free given to me!

    OMG, we've gone five years with two kids and have bought virtually NO clothing! A few pairs of shoes and swimsuits, socks and undies--that's about it. Once someone knows you're into hand-me-downs, they'll keep bringing you stuff as their kid outgrows it. Enjoy!

    That's the way to do it. Yard sales are full of barely used baby toys and clothes. Take advantage while you can. It gets harder to do that as they get older!

    Oh, that's wonderful! I love baby/kid hand-me-downs. They really are useful! Way to go on getting all that stuff. Smile
