Over 8 months ago, I had ordered a subscription for Kiplinger's through Mags For Less. It was a great deal. The order was from over 8 MONTHS ago. About 3 months ago, I finally remembered the order & realized I never received any issues.
After multiple emails and unsatifactory answers, I started requesting a full refund. They had generic email responses, requesting that I request a refund by hitting a link to cancel. Then nothing would happen. I requested the refund about 4 times for a response. Right after I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. About 6 weeks later, I got my refund.
FINALLY. I knew going in that the deal was sketchy. So I figured I was taking a gamble with my $6.90. But it was the principle of the matter. And now I have my money back... YAY!

I then went with Mags for less because someone told me about them. after I ordered, I researched and found out they have a very bad rep. I was one of the lucky ones, I got my magazines, but I bet I won't next time. I am just going back to ordering from the magazine. I will pay full price, but i won't have all the hassle.

I just found the credit card statement from it and will deal with this next week. Thanks for the reminder. Also, will threaten with calling the BBB.
Should have known, like you, the offer was too good to be true.
Will stick with ordering through the mags themselves in the future.
