What I am currently borrowing from the library

I am a library lover. The librarians know me by sight, one knows me by name. I wore out the keychain library card I had - they have been unable to scan it for 6 months and then it fell apart altogether 2 weeks ago. I even had my library card # memorized. And I've already done the same with the new card #. So yes, I use the library a lot!

I like to borrow books, movies, books on tape, cds, all kinds of fun things. I"ve heard some libraries have video games to borrow, but I haven't seen that in my library yet.

What I currently have on loan:

DVDs -

Agatha Christie's Seven Dials dvd
Angel Season 3 discs 3 & 4 on dvd
Jennifer's body on dvd
The original Stepford Wives dvd

Books -
Good Housekeeping light and Healthy cookbook
Embrace the Night by Karen Chance

    Love this post, because I'm a library lover, too. I go at least once a week, but more often if I feel like it. I currently have Agatha Christie (book on CD) The Man in the Brown Suit and one of the Number One Ladies Detective Agency stories (Blue Shoes and Happiness)as a book on CD. I listen to them on my way home from my job. I also have The Complete Book of Massage (I'm thinking about a part-time gig), a book called Zero to Zillionaire and a book by Carolyn Myss called Invisible Acts of Power (at least I think that's the name of it). My family is not that excited about the library, but I find something new and exciting every time I go. Love it!

    I usually go once a month. I usually borrow a cook book of some kind, and a couple of novels. i'm picky about the books, so usually end up reading only one a month. not much I know, but I don't get much time to read more than one.

    When I lived in Dallas, the librarians at my branch all knew me by name. I rarely even had to get my library card out to check out, because they'd pull up my account before I even would have all my books on the counter. Smile
    Where I live now, I think they recognize me, but aren't quite to name level knowledge.

    I currently have all the remaining books of the No 1 Ladies Detective agency (after number 1), as well as 5 books on puppy training, the first DVD of No 1 Ladies Detective Agency, and a puppy training DVD.
